Our pump is not merely a "transfer tool" in gummy candy production - it is a precise component that ensures the texture, consistency and safety of the gummy candies. The vane pump we use can transfer syrups with extremely high viscosity and is equipped with variable frequency control, which is conducive to production.
Insulated pipes: In the gummy candy manufacturing process, the transportation of hot syrup is a crucial step. If cooling or solidification occurs during transportation, it may cause pipe blockage, thereby affecting the operation of the entire production line. To solve this difficult problem, we specially adopted an insulated pipe system, whose design and on-site installation were tailor-made according to the special requirements of gummy candy processing.
colors and flavors mixing tank
We designed two color and flavor mixing tanks beside the sedimentation head to add flavor and color to the cooked syrup. The purpose of this design is as follows: It shortens the distance that the syrup (with its color and flavor pre-adjusted) moves through the pipe - which is very helpful for fast-setting recipes. Choosing to mix in small batches makes it easier to freely switch between the production of various different flavors of gummy candies.

Each room is equipped with a total of two devices, including: 1 constant temperature and humidity machine: It plays a key role in maintaining the stability of the indoor temperature and humidity environment and ensuring that the indoor climate meets the specified requirements. Dehumidifier: This device can assist in reducing indoor humidity, especially when the humidity is prone to exceed the standard, further ensuring that the humidity control target is achieved.
Environmental control requirements: Temperature control: The cooling temperature of the room must be controlled within 25° C. This temperature range is designed to provide a suitable environment, which is conducive to protecting the items stored in the room or ensuring the normal conduct of activities within the room. Humidity control: The indoor humidity should be kept within 35%. Maintaining low humidity can prevent mold growth, avoid items getting damp, and create a more comfortable and healthier indoor environment at the same time.
The room area description: Each room is less than 35 to 40 square meters. Based on this area range, the above equipment configuration and environmental control requirements are formulated to ensure that the equipment can effectively cover the entire room space and achieve the expected control effect.
